English: The new lifeboat launching slipway Seen from inside the lifeboat house, works are in progress from the jack-leg platform on a low Spring tide to complete the bottom end of the slipway. The slipway steelwork is now nearly complete and in the foreground can be seen the rotating and tipping cradle on which the new lifeboat will be seated. |
