English: The owner also has a glass-fibre policeman on his car. I know of two people who have put huge plastic fish on the roofs of their houses. One is in Headington, north Oxford[*] and this is the other. The owner of this marlin moved it down after it made the roof leak.
The owner of the Norbury fish has had various disagreements with the authorities over his marlin, a jet fighter, also on his roof, and a his yellow and pink combat tank in his front garden which persistently broke down in the busiest road in Brixton.
