| Description |
English: The south slope of Cader Idris There's not much to look at on this stretch of the Pony Path as you descend from the top of Cader. On the skyline you can just make out a group of hill walkers making their way up. This picture is taken around 1pm, 1st August 2007 and although it was a brighter, more pleasant 18 degrees C down at the carpark, two thirds up the Pony Path the wind chill and the drifting cloud made it feel like more like a chilly 7 or 8. The path is pretty rocky, it feels like you are walking on a skip load of house bricks. Strong walking boots and warm clothes are advisable even on a warm August day. |
