Summary edit

Description

Apparently favoured by toy camera enthusiasts and lomographers, I couldn't resist this entirely mechanical, single-setting beauty while rummaging at the Sally Army. I had thought the film advance (a thumbwheel at the rear, bottom left) was broken - a common problem - until I realised that the bottom sprocket in fact cocks the shutter.

H60 x W98 x D28mm; weight with film ~80g; wide 22mm lens; one setting of 1/125s at f/11; no flash or hotshoe, no tripod socket. Made in China.

In short, truly pocket-sized, featherweight, no adjustments: just point and shoot -- preferably outside on a bright day :-)
