Description
English: Theach Mhucrois (Muckross House) Muckross House is a mansion designed by the Scottish architect, William Burn, and was built between 1839 and 1843 for Henry Arthur Herbert and his wife, the watercolourist, Mary Balfour Herbert. Queen Victoria made a visit to the house in 1861. The official website for the house is here http://www.muckross-house.ie/intro.htm This is the north facade.
