Summary edit

Description

My second KAP rig. A little more flexible but much heaver than the first. Would like to make it lighter and then add some servos to point it in different directions without bringing it down.

P.S.

Lost the aluminum part of this rig (and the camera) in the Penobscot River in Maine. The kite string broke below the rig and dragged through the water. I found the kite and the wooden part of the rig on the other side of the river but the nylon bolt holding the aluminum camera mount was not strong enough to drag through the water and broke. I still use the nylon bolts because it is so much lighter that steel but I am more careful now with the kite string.
