| Description |
English: Thruxton - Entrance to Race Circuit and Airport The first race at Thruxton took place on the 4th of August 1952. In 1953 a longer circuit was used until 1968 when the British Automobile Racing Club took over the track and on the 1st of March that year the new 2.35 miles circuit (in use to this day) saw its first race. |
