English: Small letter from Tilsit (now Sovetsk, Kaliningrad Oblast) to Leipzig, 29 November 1923. Because of a shortage of stamps (the end of the period of hyperinflation) the postage has been paid in cash. Rubber stamp ‘Gebühr bezahlt’ (‘Postage Paid’).
Nederlands: Briefje van Tilsit (nu Sovjetsk, Kaliningrad Oblast) naar Leipzig, 29 november 1923. Wegens een tekort aan postzegels (het einde van de periode van hyperinflatie) is het porto baar betaald. Rubberstempel ‘Gebühr bezahlt’ (‘Port betaald’).
