Description
English: Calcium dynamics of chordamesodermal cells in heterogeneous conjugation. The right side of the explant (the cytoplasmic membranes are marked by red) was chordamesoderm induced by the overexpression of nodal mRNA coinjected with G-CaMP, and the left side (marked by green) was ectoderm. The cells in the chordamesodermal tissues showed a high frequency of calcium flashes around the time of the first contact.
