Description
English: EB3 movement in chordamesoderm treated with thapsigargin. EB3-GFP showing the direction of MT elongation in chordamesodermal cells near the boundary was more radial by the treatment of Thapsigargin. Our previous report showed that the EB3 moved toward the boundary with heterogeneous tissues.
