Description

Titus is a trained water engineer and skilled community mobiliser. Here is reviewing the set-up of an 'Afridev' hand pump installed by a local partner on an improved traditional well. He has identified several ways in which the output of the handpump can be improved. This capacity building and mentoring is an important aspect of his role.
