Description Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack met with Art Monk, Washington Redskins National Football League Hall of Famer prior to the United States Department of Agriculture’s 150th Anniversary celebration in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday, May 15, 2012. Monk and La Var Arrington, Washington Redskins, three time Pro-Bowler discussed and participated in the Fuel Up to Play 60 demonstration an in-school nutrition and physical activity program launched by the National Dairy Council and the National Football League, in collaboration with USDA, to combat childhood obesity.
