Français : Les cendres de Taisen Deshimaru, le maître bouddhiste zen japonais qui a amené le zen sôtô en Europe, sont aujourd'hui ensevelies dans le parc du château de la Gendronnière, à Valaire, près de Blois. C'est là que Deshimaru implanta le premier temple zen en Europe.
English: The ashes of Taisen Deshimaru, the Japanese Zen Buddhist teacher who brought Soto Zen to Europe, are buried today in the grounds of the Château de la Gendronnière, in Valaire, near Blois. It was here that Deshimaru established the first Zen temple in Europe.
