François Principe Arnoult a instauré l'élection d'une « Rosière » en 1855. Ce couronnement se fait au mois d'août, le dernier jour de la fête patronale, c'est-à-dire le mardi. Cette tradition a fêté sa 150e Rosière en août 2011.

L’acte de décès de François-Principe Arnoult est à Paris 9e à la date du 17 juillet 1865, acte n° 846, âgé de 75 ans, né à Fleury-la-Rivière, domicilié 24 boulevard Poissonnière, fils de Louis-Charles Arnoult et de Marie-Jeanne-Joseph Miroir, veuf de Suzanne-Claudine-Julie Cazalis
