«Ouverture immédiate des / négociations officielles à Paris» (Desrousseaux - J25).

Carte postale de Hài-Phòng datée du 10 avril 1946 pour la France, avec timbres français, oblitérés de la poste VNDCCH, avec griffe en français "Ouverture immédiate des / négociations officielles à Paris", griffe de retour "Gia Lai nguoi / Giao khong dinh" (retour à l'envoyeur / relations suspendues) et griffe de mise au rebut "BO".

Bien que philatélique (les timbres français n'auraient pas dus être oblitérés par le cachet VNDCCH), cette carte confirme que les liaisons postales avec la France étaient interrompues. (Coll F.D.).
