Summary
editDescriptionTorre Tavira, Cádiz.jpg |
English: Baroque. The Tavira tower is the most emblematic of the watchtowers from the 18th Century in Cádiz. It is situated in the center of the old town at 45 meters above the sea level. It was designed Official Watchtower of the Port of Cádiz in 1778, as it is the highest point in town. Turned today into one of the most important touristic attractions in Cádiz, Torre Tavira offers the best panoramic views of Cádiz and the first Camera Obscura in Spain, which reflects on to a concave horizontal screen all the images from the outside panorama, at this very moment: a 360º tour of Cádiz with real and moving images explained by a guide.
