Description
Français : Le mot beignet à des origines Celtes. Il peut être traduit par enflure ou tumeur… nom dû aux bulles d’air qui se développent quand la pâte cuit ! Ils adoptent généralement des formes rondes et rebondies. Ils sont souvent fourrés, après cuisson, de bonne confiture mais particulièrement la confiture d'églantines autres tradition d'Alsace. Les enfants collectaient les fasnachtkiechles de maison en maison pour les offrir ensuite aux personnages importants du village.
