Traditional "esquites"

Summary edit

Description
English: The “esquites” are one of the most representative dishes of the gastronomic culture of Mexico. They are corn cooked some occasions with sauce, chicken legs, shrimp or natural, depending on people’s preference. In every corner of Mexico there are stands of corn and “esquites”. It is more common for people to sell them in carts than in stores; however, Coyoacan is characterized by its stable “eloterías” and “esquiterías” that open all day.
