English: Trams on the Old Market Square, Nottingham.. Nottingham has recently re-introduced a metropolitan tramway system, much of which runs on its own separated track from the station to Hucknall. Here, however, the trams run through the city's main square. Several other British cities have also recently re-introduced trams in an attempt to improve traffic conditions. The domed building is the Council House. |
