L'incisione riproduce un'immagine che appare col n. 24 nel catalogo del fotografo Wilhelm von Gloeden, ma anche come opera di Giovanni Crupi e di Giuseppe Bruno.
English: Page of the paper, written by Theodor Trede (1833-19..), Volksleben in Süditalien, scenned from magazine "Velhagen & Klasings Monatshefte", XII 1897-98, p. 461. The engraving was etched after photo # 24 in the catalogue by photographer Wilhelm von Gloeden, but which appeared on the antique market also with Giovanni Crupi's blind stamp.
