Mineralfarben auf Glas, zweiteilig, jeweils 100x400 cm
Acrylfarben auf Aluband, achtteilig, ansteigende Maße von 80x30 cm bis 80x240 cm

Die beiden Bildfolgen TROISDORF (NORD) und TROISDORF (SÜD) zeigen aus der Bewegung heraus wahrgenommene Landschafts- und Himmelsschemen. Sie verknüpfen assoziativ die erinnerten mit den vorgestellten Eindrücken einer Zugfahrt und verbinden so die Wirklichkeit mit der Malerei.

Die beiden Glasbilder sind mit Mineralfarben in der Manufaktur Hein Derix, Kevelaer von Thomas Kohl gemalt und ebendort eingebrannt worden. Die jahrhundertealte Technik entstammt aus der Kirchenmalerei.

Die Bildidee wurde mit modernen Materialien malerisch in die Tiefe des Tunnels fortgesetzt.
