A restored 'Flying A' gas station in Truckee, CA. It is now a clothing store. All the old buildings in the town have been re-used for other purposes, and shoppers will love it.

For those younger than 60, this was the way it looked 'back in the day.' You didn't get out of your car. The 'gas jockey' would run out, you would tell him how much gas you wanted, and he'd pump it. While it was filling, he'd wash your windshield, side glass and back window, then check your tires and your oil level. No kidding!
