Summary edit

Description
English: In the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, there are many revered Holy places – Dzuar! In the high-mountain village of the Kurtatinsky gorge, there is a Dzuar, where a holiday is held once a year in honor of boys 3-7 years old. They pass the rite - "Tsæuæggag" ("Going") and pass from the world of babies and women to the world of men and warriors. Boys are specially sewn traditional Ossetian clothes for this day and made a wooden arrow with talisman ribbons. While praying to God, the men carry the barefoot boy into the sanctuary, and he leaves his arrow there. The boy is placed under the care of the patron Saint of men and the one God. Since then, it is considered a full member of the male society.
