English:
Tulip House. Former Officiers Casino, but both words misleading, in fact it was a cultural venue for the officials (mid ranking employees) of the Mining Company. Built in 1924 (or around) in Hungarian Art Nouveau style, planned by Ede Toroczkai Wigand, invested by Hungarian State Coal Mine Co. - 7 Népház Street, Óváros neighborhood, Tatabánya, Komárom-Esztergom County, Hungary.

Volt Tiszti (Tisztviselői) Kaszinó, egyéb nevei:Tulipános Ház, Cifra Palota. Azonosító: -10331 1920-as években (1924-ben) épített bányatiszti kaszinó. A kúriaszerű épületen a Kós Károly-féle építészeti iskola stílusjegyei fedezhetők fel -népies díszítésű homlokzat, faragott elemek. A Magyar Állami/Általános Kőszénbánya Rt. beruházásaként Toroczkai Wigand Ede tervei alapján készült, magyaros szecessziós stílusban, az ablakok körül tulipános motívumokkal díszítve. Műemléki védelem azonosító: -10331, "'A Tulipános Ház turisztikai célú felújítása' projektazonosító: Top 6.1.4.-15-TB1-2016-00002 1,436 milliárd forint támogatással" tábla van az épület előtt. Az udvarán egy 3000 kg-os PML-5 szovjet rakodógépvan kiállítva melyet 1960 és 1985 között használtak, a belsőkertben padok előtt egy hengeres, vörös mészkő ívókút van az alsó részén tulipános faragással - Komárom-Esztergom megye, Tatabánya, Óváros (korábban: I. kerület: Bányaváros, ill. Tatabánya község), Népház uca 7.
