English: The Tunnel Creek Track runs just over 2 km from a car park at the end of a forestry road in Saltwater Forest, Westland, New Zealand, to Tunnel Bay in the Saltwater Lagoon. It passes through mature lowland rimu and kahikatea forest. Saltwater Forest was logged commercially until 1999, but is now a scenic reserve and hunting block. |
