Description
English: Movie of cell death (FITC) during the early phase of FLO11 colony expansion. The same cells as in S3 Movie, labeled with 5 µM Sytox green nucleic acid dye (FITC channel). We observed minimal and uniformly distributed cell death over the first 72 hours, without any distinct patterns (FITC channel), even though wrinkle formation had begun already.
