Summary edit
Admiral Fletcher's findings of Lt. Hubbard's action report concerning possible ASW engagement of USS PC-815 and unknown Japanese submarine(s) off the coast of Oregon specifically stated Lt. Hubbard's report was not in the proper ASW-1 format. This is an ASW-1 report filed by another PC 416 class subchaser from around the same time, Spring/Summer 1943 for comparison. (Except in this report a real submarine was sunk, in this case a Nazi Uboat.)
