Vinson Williams, center, a geospatial engineer with the 34th Infantry Division, Minnesota National Guard, learns a traditional Japanese Awa-Odori folk dance during a cultural activity for exercise Yama Sakura 61 at Camp Itami, Osaka, Japan, Jan. 25, 2012. Yama Sakura is an annual, bilateral command post exercise between the U.S. military and the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force that focuses on the bilateral and joint planning, coordination, and interoperability of ground-based elements of the U.S./Japan security alliance.
