Schaffer (right), Marine Air-Ground Task Force Southern Command Sgt Major, Albert Gembara (center), U.S Agency for International Development/Office of U.S Foreign Disaster Assistance humanitarian assistance advisor and Col. Thomas E. Prentice (left), Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command (SPMAGTF-SC) commanding officer speak prior to embarking aboard CH-53E Super Stallion and depart to Grand Cayman Island at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras. The SPMAGTF-SC is part of U.S southern Command response team staged at Cayman Island, ready to support U.S disaster relief operations in the Caribbean in response to Hurricane Matthew.
