English: U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Bryan Harris, right, with Detachment 202, Maritime Civil Affairs and Security Training, shows Ghanaian ambulance drivers how to tie a tourniquet during a prehospital trauma life support and basic life support class in support of Africa Partnership Station (APS) Jan. 30, 2012, in Sekondi, Ghana. APS is an international security cooperation initiative facilitated by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa aimed at strengthening global maritime partnerships through training and collaborative activities to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
