English: U.S. Navy Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Robert Heckerman, standing, subdues Charles Streat after disarming him Feb. 27, 2014, during a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device response exercise as part of Solid Curtain-Citadel Shield (SC-CS) 2014 at Naval Station Norfolk, Va. SC-CS is an annual exercise designed to enhance the training and readiness of U.S. Navy security forces to respond to threats to installations and units.
