Description 100822-N-1159B-165 KABUL, Afghanistan (July 22, 2010) – U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Kathleen Dussault, commander of Task Force 2010, tours the Kabul Milli factory, where Afghan workers handcraft combat boots for Afghan forces. Adm. Dussault presented the factory with a quality assurance certificate that will allow it to formally supply its boots to Afghan National Security Forces.
