English: U.S. Navy ships at anchor off Keelung, Taiwan, in 1950. Visible are the heavy cruiser USS Saint Paul (CA-73), two destroyers and the stern of a fleet oiler (l-r). Saint Paul operated with Task Group 77.3 (TG 77.3) on patrol between Formosa and mainland China from 27 August to 1 November 1950.
