| Description |
English: This project has been finished in August 2008 as the first full running EcoSan facility of ROSA project. The toilet facilities contain 5 urinals and one UDDT (single vault – bucket) for boys and 2 UDDTs (one single and one double vault) for girls. Boy’s urinals are either bucket on a very low level for little boys or ceramic urinals on a normal level. Urine is stored and the overflow is channeled to the banana plants right behind the building. Faces are collected in buckets and either dried in the same chamber or in double chamber with solar panels. Teachers is taking care of cleaning of the toilets. Costs in total are 160,000 KS
