Summary edit

Description
English: A ADR/UN placard for Class 6.1b hazardous materials placard. It indicated a material that was harmful to humans and animals and must be kept separated from food and feed, but not toxic enough to warrant a more aggressive 'Poison' or 'Toxic' placard. This placard was phased out between 2000 - 2004, and is no longer used.
