Description

Early, unofficial logo used by the newly-formed (in 2009) National Institute of Food and Agriculture, part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which replaced the Cooperative State Research, Education, and Extension Service. This was never official, as their web pages at the time indicated a true, official logo was under development. This logo did appear in a few places on their website, including newsroom icons [1][2], factsheet, and others [3].

In 2012, NIFA announced an official identifier for the agency. These images are available for download in various formats website, including web centered [4]
