English: U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Charles T. Cleveland, the commander of U.S. Army Special Operations Command, jumps out of a MH-60 Blackhawk helicopter during a airborne operation over a water dropzone in Biscayne Bay near Homestead, Fla., Feb. 21 The overwater static-line jump allows paratroopers to maintain airborne proficiency and mission readiness.
