Description
English: The motor vessel Presque Isle, the only 1,000-foot tug/barge combination unit on the Great Lakes, passes Coast Guard Cutter Biscayne Bay astern just north of Nine Mile Point on the St. Marys River, after the cutter completed its escort of them around Neebish Island, Dec. 13, 2013. The crew of Biscayne Bay steamed around the stranded vessel and broke ice to loosen the ice's grip on the vessel.
