Description

English: Pfc. James C. Burnett Jr., a 20-year-old turret gunner with Mobile Assault Platoon, Weapons Company, 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment holds replacement set of ballistic eyewear in front of his humvee on Camp Fallujah, April 25. The former high school football player from Greenbrier, Ark., learned the importance of eye protection firsthand when an explosion rocked his vehicle and damaged his night vision goggles during a nighttime convoy near Fallujah.
