Description
English: Lt. Col. Steven J. Grass, the battalion commander for Task Force 2nd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 5, meets with the mayor of Al Qa'im, Farhan Tekan Farhan (right), and the district manager of Ramanah, Rafi' Harbi Khalif (left), May 5. The 'Warlords,' the nickname for the battalion, now occupy the area of operations after completing a transfer of authority with 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment.
