Description
English: Pvt. Richard Simo climbs into the Ford Mustang convertible as Lance Cpl. Russell Damm walks away with the much sought-after white chip during the visit from Operation Wheels of Freedom. The white chip meant Russell drove the Mustang well, with speed, precision and safety. Winners of the white chip will be put into a drawing for whatever the prize of that hour might be, and then later on, to win a trip for him and his family to a NASCAR event sponsored by Speed TV.
