Description
English: Chemical Biological Incident Response Force's Technical Rescue Platoon talks St. Louis firefighter Tony Taylor through unlocking the prusik knot which has left him dangling more than 100 feet above the pavement, Aug. 8. Taylor said that training with the Marines has reinforced his faith in their abilities. CBIRF, of II Marine Expeditionary Force, traveled to St. Louis to train with the areas crisis management first responders.
