Summary edit

Description The U.S. Navy oceanographic survey ship USS Kellar (AGS-25) fitting out at Boland Machine Manufacturing Company, New Orleans, Louisiana (USA), in 1968. Kellar had been transferred unfinished to Boland in 1965 and capsized on 10 September during Hurricane Betsy. It was salvaged and commissioned with the Military Sea Transportation Command as USNS Kellar (T-AGS-25) in 1969.
