English: U.S. Navy Sailors and Military Sealift Command civil service mariners prepare a rigid-hull inflatable boat for launch from the mission bay aboard the Military Sealift Command’s joint high-speed vessel USNS Spearhead (JHSV 1). Spearhead is deployed in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility to support the international collaborative capacity-building program Africa Partnership Station.
