English: Crewmembers man the rails at the stern of the U.S. Navy guided missile cruiser USS Belknap (CG-26) as the ship lies at anchor at Barcelona, Spain, on 4 October 1990. Belknap was taking part in an international naval review presided by the Spanish King Juan Carlos and Queen Sophia.
