English: GUANTANAMO BAY, Cuba. - Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Sanchez Carr, a quartermaster, and Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Jeffery Ronchaquira, a boatswain’s mate, both attached to Port Services on U. S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, dip the eye during the USS Farragut’s (DDG 99) port call, Aug 1, 2008. The Farragut’s port call included a refueling evolution and fire-arms weapon qualification.
