English: 160120-N-VS214-048 PACIFIC OCEAN Fire Controlman 2nd Class Andrew Herscowitz fires a .240 caliber machine gun during a live fire exercise on board dock landing ship USS Harpers Ferry. Harpers Ferry, part of the Boxer Amphibious Ready Group, is currently underway conducting routine training exercises and maintenance for its upcoming deployment.
