Description The capsized U.S. Navy survey ship USS Kellar (AGS-25) is raised by the Gypsy-class salvage lifting vessels USS Mender (ARS(D)-2) and USS Salvager (ARS(D)-3) at New Orleans, Louisiana (USA). Kellar sank during the Hurricane "Betsy" on 10 September 1965.
