Description

Plan view amidships, looking aft, of the U.S. Navy guided missile cruiser USS Oklahoma City (CLG-5) taken while undergoing an inclining experiment at the at the San Francisco Naval Shipyard, Hunter's Point, San Francisco, California (USA), in June 1967. Note the ship's Mark 37 gun director with Mk 25 radar, and radar antennas, including: SPS-10 and SPS-37A (larger antenna) atop the foremast; TACAN URN-3 atop the mainmast; and SPS-30 atop the after mast.

The ships in the background are the newly-completed guided-missile frigate Horne (DLG-30), at left, and USS Somers (DDG-34), which was then being converted to a guided-missile destroyer.
