English: 151025-N-AX546-055 BLACK SEA (Oct. 25, 2015) Fire Controlman 2nd Class Lucas Halter, from Tumwater, Wash., adjusts the front sights of an M16 rifle on the flight deck of USS Porter (DDG 78) during a small arms qualification Oct. 25, 2015. Porter, an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is on a routine patrol conducting naval operations in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe.
